    How do I convert percentage into AU CGPA?

    Map your percentage onto the AU marks bands and take the matching grade point. On this page each band from the official scale is applied automatically, so 85-100% gives 4.00 points.

    Can I convert an annual-system percentage into CGPA?

    Yes, but treat it as an estimate. Annual-system BA and BSc percentages are not directly comparable to a semester-system CGPA, and AU may apply its own equivalence rules on admission.

    Why do two universities give different CGPAs for the same percentage?

    Because each Pakistani university sets its own mark bands. 80% may be an A at one institution and a B+ at another, so the resulting grade point differs.

    Is this converter accepted officially?

    It reproduces the published AU scale, but only the controller of examinations can issue an official equivalence certificate.
