How is GPA calculated at COMSATS?

COMSATS multiplies each course's grade points by its credit hours, adds the results, then divides by the total credit hours attempted in that semester. The maximum GPA is 4.00 and the highest grade, A, carries 4.00 points.

What is a good GPA at COMSATS?

A GPA above 3.00 is considered strong at COMSATS, 3.50 and above usually qualifies for the Dean's list or merit scholarships, and a GPA below 2.00 normally places a student on academic probation.

Do lab courses count towards COMSATS GPA?
